Monthly planning sessions, including both the Patrol Leaders Council and the Troop Committee meeting, allow the annual plan to be fine tuned and adjusted to meet circumstances. They are also an important tool for youth leaders to check in and ensure that their plans are on track and well communicated. While the focus of these pages is on youth planning tasks, the Troop Committee should also ensure that the adults responsible for troop activities are also current and engaged.
